Musti Group’s financial reporting and AGM in financial year 2024
The calendar for Musti Group’s financial reporting concerning the financial year 2024 is as follows:
– 9 November 2023: Financial Statements Release for financial year 2023
– 15 December 2023: The Financial Statements and the Board of Directors’ Report for financial year 2023, Corporate Governance Statement, Non-Financial Information Report and the Remuneration Report
– 1 February 2024: Interim Report for the period October 2023–December 2023
– 30 April 2024: Half-Year Financial Report for the period October 2023–March 2024
– 8 August 2024: Interim Report for the period October 2023–June 2024
Musti Group’s Annual General Meeting is planned for 31 January 2024. Musti Group’s Board of Directors will convene the meeting with a separate stock exchange release at a later date.
